It's the debut effort from Papp's new NeoDisco label, and while the beats generally stay quite close to the thudding house standard, the other elements of the music shift constantly enough to keep things interesting, and there are even some worthwhile songs in amongst the long instrumental sections and lame "feel the rhythm, feel the groove" cliches.
